What Causes Back Pain And Abdominal Tightness During Pregnancy?

Im 34wks.i weigh 65.7kilos nd am 159cm.ma age 19.i cant lie on ma back cos it hurts nd am also experiencing tightness on ma belly every nw nd thn.nd ma boyfriend experiences ichiness on his penis when having sex with me.is there anythn i should worry about?

Hello dear,I understand your concern.In my opinion if there is backache associated with abdomen tightness then preterm Labour must be ruled out.Preterm pains are caused by dehydration,excess physical strain,vaginal infections,urinary or other infections.So as your partner has itching on penis after intercourse the vaginal infections like candidiasis or any other has to be ruled out.Dont worry.It will subside with treatment.Take adequate fluids upto 3 litres.And get proper examination done to rule out preterm pains.
