What Causes Back Pain And Fatigue While Having Adnexal Mass In Ovary?

I have just been diagnosed with Adnexal mass on right tube and ovary. Had for awhile. 64 yrs post menopausal. Have back pain, side pain and fatigue. Also severe anemic having blood and iron transfusions. Unexplained reasons. Could mass be problem. Going on for 3 yrs. found mass 6 months ago, but never told me till I called and said I seem to be getting worse. Seeing Dr at cancer center for anemia problem. What do you think?

take ultrasound and consult gynechologist first and if advised can go to onchologist.it may not be cancerous it can be operated otherwise and subjected to biopsy.
