What Causes Back Pain And Frequent Urination After Injury To Back?

I had slipped and slammed my back onto the ground. It is still hurting pretty bad...and it has been 10 days. I am going to see a chiropractor tomm. and i am also having to urinate alot more often than usual. I also have pain to my testicle area and it radiates upward. should i be worried?
