What Causes Back Pain And Headaches?

Hi, I missed my last period and am having severe lower back pain and headaches for the past several days. There is no way that I could be pregnant because I am not sexually active. I found out a year ago that I had a hormonal imbalance so my doctor put me on natural hormonal replacement therapy. This allowed me to have regular periods. Do you know what could be the cause of this pain?
