What Causes Back Pain And Right Sided Abdominal Pain?
I have been having sharp abdominal pain on and off ffor the past four hours today I have also had lower back pain for the past week especially when arising in the am and it gradually subsides but not completely. The pain is on the right side about slightly below the waist. My bp id 54/84 pulse is 81. Don t know if I should go to the ER, th walk in clinic is closed.

You should go to ER immediately. The right abdominal and back pain may be related to appendicitis or to kidney stones. Please go to the ER. An ultrasound is needed to get checked.
