What Causes Back Pain And Stomach Bloating After Having Intercourse?

Hi, Please help me understand this. Iam 40years, have a normal cycle of 27days. Have trying to get pregnant the since June, 2014. Iam currently on second cycle of Clomid 100gm and had a 3-7 dose. My Last period started on 27.03.2015. I was expecting my O on 9-10.04.2015. Had sex prior to O only on 04.04.2015. Next we had sex on 10 and 11. During O, I had pain in both sides of my lower abdominal, bloating of the stomach,and backache and a bit of cramps. most of these have since disappeared but I still have a backache and bloating. Could I be pregnant?

I share your concern
Looking at your symptoms pain after intercourse at your age could be due to any of these
Infection like STI or PID
Dyspareunia may be due to dryness of vagina
Associated with acid peptic disease

I would advise you for few investigation like blood for hemoglobin CBC liver and thyroid function test blood sugar, an ultrasound and urine culture

Bloating might be related to swallowing of air, could be due to smoking and alcohol

Maintain good hygiene
Have plenty of fluids including fruit juices
Use lubricant during sex
