What Causes Back Pain And Stomach Burning With History Of Ovarian Cancer?

Doctor i had ovary cancer in the month Jan'10 and my surgery was on may and i had finsihed my full treatment in the month of july'10 (18 chrom cycle)

i had, regularly i had follow once in 2months, but now i have severe back pain and little stomach burning, please say me in my email

Hi, dear
I have gone through your question. I can understand your concern.
Your stomach burning may be due to ulcer or hyper acidity. You should take proton pump inhibitor like omeprazole or pentoprazole. Your back may be due to some spasm or other problem. You should take muscle relaxant and analgesic for that. It it remain persistent then you should go for MRI.
Your stomach burning and back pain is not related to ovarian cancer. You should regularly check your CA 125 level for ovarian cancer.
