Hi, my sister is experiencing back pain, stomach pain, and a light tightness in her chest at the moment. She has fasted with just water for about a little over 1 week, and has just recently (few days ago) broke off the fast with pizza and sushi. Today she ate quite a lot and is expericing those mentioned symptoms above. Is she having a heart attack, Doctor?
