What Causes Back Pain, Constipation And Intestinal Cramping With History Of Hysterectomy?

I am having constant back pain on the lower right side. I had leg surgery on April 1st for a tumor and torn cartlidge. A couple of days ago I noticed dried blood in my underwear, but I had a hysterectomy 30 years ago. I also am having intestinal cramping, with constapation, but have had several bowel movements today.

Hi,

For this recent blood, go to the emergency! Get stool and urine examination with CBC and vitals to be done.

Take care. Hope I have answered your question. Let me know if I can assist you further.

Regards,
