What Causes Back Pain, Fatigue, Loss Of Appetite And Nausea?

I m trying to find out if i m having kidney failure.I took different medicines for years for hiatus hernia,like,nexium,dexilant and others for acid reflux now i seem to be having a lot of troubles,such as terrible back pains,loss of energy,loss of appetite,get cold often and am nausious a lot!
