What Causes Back Pain In Case Of Fractures At T11-T12?

I have Scheuermann's disease. My back feels like its in bad shape i have anterior wedging and Compression fractures at T11-T12 back hurts all the time some days i can deal with but other days the pain is too much andi have no idea the only way i can deal with it then is to lay down or take a knee to releave the pain. See a doctor when i hurt a rib at work lifting some glass onto a table. Found out that alot of my ribs have been brokin before but i have no idea when or how is this related to sherman disease with the anterior wedgeing.
