What Causes Back Pain In Case Of Treated Spinal TB?

hi, I had been affected tb at my spine.(T9-T10) and had taken one year course of rifampicin-izoniazid medication. my medication completed last july.. now I feel very much pain on my both hands and neck.. my blood results were normal from last six months. Also I have pain over my whole over back.. Is there any chance for desease returned..?
