General & Family Physician 's  Response
Hello,

Of course this situation can be related to back pathologies. There are several spine issues such spondylopathy, narrowed spine canal or other pathologies. You may need to do an MRI of the spine.

Take care. Hope I have answered your question. Let me know if I can assist you further.

Regards,
Dr. Olgeta Xhufka, General & Family Physician
