General & Family Physician 's  Response
Hello,

There can be several causes for back pain. Still most commonly may be due to muscle sprain.

For further assessment I would suggest you to consult with physician for detailed clinical examination.

He may procure MRI back, ultrasound abdomen and pelvis, urine analysis as per evaluation to rule out any other possibilities of renal stone.

Mean while for pain you can take tablet acetaminophen.

Apply diclofenac gel or ointment locally. Heating pads will also help.

You may require physical therapy after consultation

Hope I have answered your query. Let me know if I can assist you further.

Regards,
Dr. Shyam Kale
