What Causes Back Pain On The Right Side After Taking Spermon?

Doctor I have started spermon capsule 2 times a day .its a month now .suddenly I have very painful Back pain on my right side.i am taking glucophaze 850 mg 2 tables junuvia 100 ,4 mg amral and 5 mg concor along one multivitamin tablet.please advise me.my back is very painful

Hello,

Back pain or pain on the right side can be due to neurological issues since you have a history of diabetes. Dehydration, blood pressure issue can cause it, you have a history of hypertension.

You are suggested to visit ER, get physically examined, get done Nerve Conduction tests & Nerve biopsy, EEG. Your treatment will depend upon the severity of the pathology detected.

Your discomfort is not due to Spermon. Spermon does not have any such side effects.

You can take Naproxen, one sos to when required. Take vitamin B6, B12, Folic acid & mineral rich diet or supplements.
