What Causes Back Pain, Profuse Sweating And Hot Flashes?

I am 53 years,male,for several years now I have experienced pain in my spine,neck,shoulders,sleep problems,profuse sweating with very little activity,hot flashes. No one seems to diagnose anything except psoriatic arthritis. These other symptoms never go away. I am irritable and frustrated and am having trouble caring for myself.

Hello,

By your history and description, the possibility of either cardiac event or hypoglycemia is more likely.

So please get done ECG, 2d echo and stress test. Also, check your sugar level.
