What Causes Back Pain Radiating To Shoulder And Neck Despite Using Voltaren?

I started having pain in my back along the right shoulder blade into my neck. I thought it was from sitting at the computer but I am not working and it continues. It can radiate from under my right arm. I rub Voltaren on it, use heat (rice bag) and take tylenol or Tramadol, which can ease it, but it keeps coming back.

I really appreciate your concern, such pain may be due to poor posture try to maintain good posture while you sit before the computer, and such pain can be best managed with "Tab Chlorzoxazone with Diclofenac" once in day, hope this information helps, take care.
