What Causes Back Pain Radiating Towards The Right Side Of Groin Area?

I am 77 years old and have been having pain on the back side on my right side that carries on to my right side of my groin or pelvis area for over three months. I did have a cat scan done but they didn t seem to find anything, but it is getting to be continuous dull ache. Patricia

Hello,

A normal CT scan rules out possibility of bone related disorder. The pain can be due to soft tissue disease. I suggest you to get MRI under supervision of your treating doctor.
