Hi.

Braxton Hicks can result in the back pain, along with the pressure of the uterus on the back itself. But the increased vaginal discharge along with the burning sensation could be due to an infection, possibly a UTI or just simply leucorrhea, but that does not present with a burning sensation so I would recommend a consultation with your doctor, but no reason to panic or visit the ER right now.

Best wishes.
