Last 2 month I got hight blood sugar around 400 to 250 so I am taking medicine but now I am getting back pain could you please me advice is any issue related to kidney

dear sir I understand your concern.in my opinion such sugars are very bad and affects your kidney in a Long run.very few kindney related problems will give you pain.among them pyelonephritis is one.it means pus and infection in kidney.it can be a common back pain due to muscle spams also.kindly check one ultra sound to make sure that every thing is all right......kindly let me know about your medication also....regards Dr Vamsi krishna Consultant Diabetologist
