What Causes Back Pain While Getting Angry?

i experience intense pain in my spinal cord, sometimes at the lower back, somes at the upper back. This pain usually occurs when am angry and it last for atleast 30 minutes and sometimes longer. I have gone to many doctors and they prescribed various medicines, x-rays and i have also tried herbs. This problem has been going on for 4 years now. Please help
