What Causes Back Pain While Resting On Head To Sleep After Injury?

I fell and hit my head snowboarding around 9 months ago ever since it happend when I rest the back of my head on a hard surface it cause pain in the back and the top of the head what could I be experiencing? I don t notice for awhile and then I ll be laying on the floor and wonder why my head hurts then remember my snowboarding fall

I think it is not related to the previous snowboard falling 9 months ago. It can be related to spondyloarthrosis and it can the trauma may have contributed to make it more evident. Do a x-ray of the cervical spine.
