What Causes Back Pain While Rolling Over Bed?

I had to have my pelvic bone reattached to my spine 3 years ago after a wreck and i am having terrible pain at night when I roll over. It does not hurt all the time just at night. This started just a few months ago. Do you know what would cause it to start now?
