What Causes Back Pain,delayed Periods And White Vaginal Discharge?

Well me and my girlfriend had protected sex and she was nervous of a possible pregnancy so we ended up getting her plan b in which she had her period soon after. Now we have had protected sex again and her period has since ran late and she has backpain and a white discharge. She had taken a hpt and it came back negative so we are confused as to what to think.
