What Causes Back Pain,heartburn And Delayed Periods?

was convinced i was pregnant due to lower back pain, heartburn, bloating, headaches etc. and my period being a few days late, however have just started period and it is heavy and normal so far. but have not had symptoms such as heartburn with my period before? is it normal for things like these to occasionally flare up due to pms, or could i still be pregnant?
