What Causes Back Pains, Dizziness, Cramping With Hot Flushes?

my name is pamela. my period comes on the 8th of every month ending on the 14th. i had my period in july as usual, come august the 8th came and there was no period until the 14th and it only lasted for 2 and 1\2 days, i didn t have any period pain nothing at all it was like as if i wasn t bleeding but i had clots also. i went for an ultrasound there was no sign of pregnancy, ectopic or miscarriage also, did a home test it was negative, went for blood test on last week till now nothing was delivered to me, went for another scan to see if i have any cyst or any hemmoraige nothing was detected i am all healhty and fit. but now the problem is i am having lower back pains, dizzy and slight cramps, hot flashes. a few weeks before i had spotted a pink color blood and had a few morning sickeness. what is going on with me please assist

Hello,
Thanks for sharing your health concern with us. In the current scenario, your symptoms are more likely to be due to hormone imbalance, perhaps secondary to an infection either of the urinary tract or the reproductive organs. If pregnancy occurred, it should be revealed in the sonogram, atleast as a gestation sac. Since you have a normal sonogram findings, pregnancy is excluded. Please get urinalysis and blood counts to clarify and plan further management. Hope this helps.
