What Causes Back, Side Pain And Frequent Urination?

I have been suffering from back pain in my right side for several months, I was put on antibiotics right away because of the amount of blood found in my urine (3+) but the antibiotics didn t help I was put on much stronger type and those didn t do much either the urine tests did not grow bacteria just blood, a ct scan showed nothing wrong blood work showed my body could be fighting a virus, after about 2 weeks I started to have back pain only not much side pain, after a month of physiotherapy it started to get better (the only thing I changed was taking fiber supplement) now my back is much better with only some pain but my side continues to hurt especially when my bladder is full, I have had frequent urination for over a year and have had some utis in the past but urine cultures continue to show nothing significant but some blood

HI
I really appreciate your concern, in culture if no bacteria growth found then this is not the infection and antibiotic wont work here, if the pain is the only matter of concern then it need to be managed with analgesic but underlying cause need to be found out and for that better to get done some imaging study, hope this information helps, take care have a nice day.
