What Causes Back Soreness And Pressure With Pain At The Puncture Site?

I had a spinal tap done 4 weeks ago. My lower back was sore for a few days but got better. About two weeks after the procedure, I began to feel pressure or soreness at the puncture site. It is constant and has been getting slightly more painful over the past couple weeks. Is this normal?
