What Causes Backache Along With Burning Sensation In The Shoulder Blades?

My upper back aches and burns across my shoulder blades and down my left arm. My arm often goes numb and tingly with a heavy feeling. This has been going on for 6 + months and doesn t get better with rest or ice. I get frequent headaches in my left eye. My nose is always stuffy. I have always had a problem with gritting my teeth, during my sleep and during the day as well. Consequently, my jaws hurt and occasionally feel locked. I mention this because again, it is mainly on my left side. The shoulder and arm pain are my main priority. It wakes me up during the night and hurts constantly during the day. I have had imagery done on my shoulder and neck, along with a nerve conduction, which all found nothing. I can t figure out what s wrong or how to fix it. Any advice or thoughts would be much appreciated. Thanks, Liv
