What Causes Backache Along With Nausea And Dizziness?

I took my 19 yr old daughter to the ER this past Thursday ,complaining of back pain nausea dizziness headache cold , hot clam my sweat s , they diagnosed her with an UTI prescribed Narco , leviquin & zofran , I took her home , this sat morn she was feeling the same so I took her back to ER did a CT scan & said she passex a kidney stone & said she was dehydrated gave her IV fluids & sent her home to continue meds that were previously prescribed to her , I finally got her to eat a little but now she s towing up & crying in agony , should I take her back to the ER ?

Hello and welcome to HCM.
I understand your concern.
If I were your treating doctor,I recommend,
-Tab meftal spas twice or thrice for 3-5 days with anti emetics.
-Have plenty of water,minimum 8-10 glasses of water
-Syrup cital to alkalinize urine (prescription drug)
-USG abdo is necessary to know the location,number and size of stone.
If the symptoms persist despite all these measures or if the size of the stone is more than 5 mm diagnosed on USG,or if the USG shows effects like hydronephrosis/hydroureter,
referral to urologist to consider invasive options like lithotripsy.
