Hello, two weeks ago I twisted my left shoulder was twisted wrong and it hurt to move it. Next couple of days I guess I overcorrected my movement with it creating more pain throughout my back and waking up with headaches which have lasted now for several days. On Thursday last week I was outside and got a slight sunburn. That night I could not keep any food down and threw up many time. My skin began feeling hot all over. My stomach has been quisy since then and now my feet, arms, back of neck feel tingly and hot. Ive also noticed my urine is more of a dark color than normal
