What Causes Bad Breath And Oral Thrush?

I have a terrible smell from my mouth. The gastrointestinal tract functions normally, the respiratory system is normal, the dental cavity in norm frames. A year ago I drank antibiotics from the virus and immediately noticed that I had a terrible white scurf on the tongue. My doctor said just brushing the back of the toothbrush. I m doing it. The raindrop has slightly decreased. The smell is terrible. What can be with me?

I totally understand your concerns about your breath smell.
many reasons can be responsible for a bad breath:
1- smoking : in case you smoke it is better for your health to stop it
2- worms in your GI tract: sometimes an infection of your gastrointestinal tract might present as bad breath, a treatment with vermox one tablet once to he repeated in 2 weeks one more time is usually sufficient in such cases.
3- reflux: gastric content has a bad smell, if you have reflux then you might have a bad breath smell, a reflux can be present without heartburn. a treatment with PPIs such as nexium 40 mg (esmoprazole) one tablet orally once daily in the morning before eating by 30 minutes will help in this matter.
4- food fermentation: if you have any defect in your oral cavity or your esophagus , food might accumulate in and get fermented and give a bad smell. these probelms are like : tonsils that has irregular borders , you can see sometimes food accumulating in little cavities in your tonsils. Or sometimes this might happen especially in elderly men in the esophagus due to zenker diverticulum which is a pouch in the esophagous that present wirh difficulty swallowing and food accumulates and then get fermeneted and give a bad smell. these reasons are rare compared to the previous ones, but they must be taken into consideration, surgical correction might be warranted.

Best Regards
