What Causes Bad Circulation And Back Pain?

i am 27, i seem to have quite bad circulation in my hands and my gingers go white and numb when they get cold and take ages to warm up, i have started to feel dizzy and have really bad pains in my kidneys and lower back, i have a normal bp 122/64 should i see a doctor?

Numbness and bluish white cold fingers on exposure to cold occurs in Raynaud's disease.This is More so in females.Wear gloves while venturing out.Avoid contact with cold things while working.
