I had a nightmare, can t remember much of it, but as i was waking up I got a night terror type sensation where I was not in control of myself, as i was waking i was kicking the bedsheets of me like, they were attacking me. now every time I wake up I have an urge to push the bedsheets away or kick them. what does this mean, and why is the dream effecting me as I am awake
