What Causes Bad Odor Diarrhea In A 22 Week Old Baby?
Hi my 22 week old baby has had diarrhoea and really nasty smelling poo for 2 weeks and has a rash on his bum no fever or vomiting he screams when he needs to poo and tries to hold it in by clenching and arching his back his breath is also quite sour smelling

It may be due to gastroenteritis.
For that he may require complete hemogram, stool analysis after pediatrician consultation.
Keep him hydrated.
He may require antibiotics drops after consultation
