Hello Dear

Thanks for writing to us

You dont need to worry untill the child looks dehydrated on appearance.
Babies can pass stools many times a day depending upon the intake of food.
If at all loosemotions start and child feels dehydrated you can give him ORS solution to mentain the electrolyte balance.
If fever is associated with loose motion it indicates infection of some kind, that time you need to take the child to nearest doctor.
For now as a precaution you can have ORS with you which should be given when the child has many motions and looks dehydrated.
You can use Syrup Bonisan by Himayan phramceticals to help the child in proper digestion of food for a week. please do not make child habitual to any drug.

Hope that helps
Thanks
