Hello,

When you have a bad smell in your nose for more than 1 week and there's no external source some examinations should be done. Because a rotten smell in your nose often means you're also dealing with a sinus infection or nasal polyps. I suggest to do a sinus X-ray and a visit at the ENT specialist to check for a nasal polyp.

Hope I have answered your question. Let me know if I can assist you further.

Regards,
