What Causes Bad Odored Penile Discharge?
I have a clear odiferous fluid leaking from the site of an area with a combination clothing friction burn and heat sweat. The area is red, sore and often very itchy and if untreated will begin to bleed. Is it leaking serum and why is the odor so pungent? What is done for treatment and prevention?

Most conditions aren't serious and can be easily treated. For example, men who are uncircumcised may develop skin cell buildup underneath their foreskin. This is often the result of poor hygiene and can lead to infection. Sexually transmitted infections (STIs) can also cause an odor.
