What Causes Bad Stomach Pains With Bleeding?

I have been bleeding now for over 3 months and have very bad stomach pains that come now and again they are very sharp pains that last a few minutes and will last throught the hole day, the top of my legs sometimes go numb and i have also started to go dizzy and lightheaded, what could this be?
