Understanding your concern. As per your query you have symptoms of bad taste in the mouth and halitosis after a dental procedure which is due to poor oral hygiene, dry mouth and it could be due to gingival and periodontal problems.
Need not to worry. I would suggest you to take preventive measures such as do warm saline gargles on daily basis. Avoid intake of junk food and take soft and bland diet. Clean your tongue using tongue cleaner and avoid lodging of foo din sockets and use chlorhexidine mouthwash as well.
Visit dentist once if symptoms keeps on persisting and get complete examination done and start treatment accordingly.
Hope your concern has been resolved.
Get Well Soon.
Best Wishes, Dr. Harry Maheshwari
