What Causes Balance Disorder,loss Of Bladder Control And Joint Pain?

I have the following problems, difficulty walking, balance, problem handling small objects, eating, using utensils, problem typing and writing, joint pain, no bladder control. I am 54 female and waiting for specialist appointment, could you tell me what kind of diagnosis I can expect. Thank you

I really appreciate your concern, the only possible cause would be neurological disease and which still very less likely unless proved with imaging studies most of the time such symptoms are due to functional disorders hope this information helps.
