What Causes Bald Spot On Scalp?

Hello I have found a bald spot on my scalp to the right of my crown which has a rather large black dot in the middle of it. I have not noticed this before.Is there any diagnosis of what this could be?I have recently been taking Hayfever tablets Thank you
