General & Family Physician 's  Response
Hello,

Bed wetting occurs due to hereditary(genetic), it is more Psychological than medical. Other causes can be small functional bladder, deep sleepers, constipation, low ADH, neurological & general weakness, etc. The child should be trained to take more fluid in the day time in comparison to dusk. Stretch exercises for the bladder should be done under a physiotherapist. Visit ER, get the child examined by a general physician, get all tests & investigations done so that the necessary medications can be administered.

Hope I have answered your query. Let me know if I can assist you further.
