What Causes Belching After Eating And Pain In Upper Chest Area?
A lot of belching boyh when I eat and sometimes when I have not eaten for a couple hours, pain on upper right side of chest ,sometimes radiates to back, I thought it was gerds but Prevacid helps only a little cannot eat but very small meals. A couples days ago I was up all night thinking I was having a heart attack tried tums no help ,I finally tried vinegar and water and the pain subsided, I m thinking I need to go to the doctor, Bowel movement seem to be fine and look normal had this problem now for four weeks thinking it will go away. I m 65 years old weigh 187 am 5 10 and for the most part very active golf and walk four times a week any thoughts . Thank You Steve

I really appreciate your concern, hyperacidity would be the cause of this and in my opinion this can be well managed with "Tab Omeprazole 40 mg Domperidone 30 mg " once in day, avoid smoking, alcohol, coffee, heavy and spicy meal prior to bed, hope this information helps, take care and have a nice day.
