What Causes Belching And Abdominal Bloating After A Gastric Bypass Surgery?

I ve had gastric bypass, 5 years out. There s a 50/50 chance of vomiting each time I eat. It s a 99% chance of NOT vomiting if I take a hot shower. Lots of belching plus can see bloating going away. Can also feel the contents moving through. Should I be concerned? Sometimes after vomiting, neck is swollen, as if I have the mumps. Help, please. I m not a whiner, but.......

what was indication of gastric by pas give detail. can take bland diet and avoid fastfood. take tab omiprazol and unienzyme fresh fruits and vegetable.
