Internal Medicine Specialist 's  Response
Hello,

Deviated nasal septum may can cause unilateral nasal block and also lead to sinusitis. This may cause head ache and ear problems. So severe deviated nasal septum means you get operated (septoplasty) by your ENT specialist.

Take care. Hope I have answered your question. Let me know if I can assist you further.

Regards,
