What Causes Big Ball In Eye And Bleeding?

My Sister eye has problem. I mean her eye has a big ball which is coming out and she can not close her eye.

Also, yesterday, her was bleeding profusely. Could you kindly help us identify which kind of sickness it is? And which hospital in africa can help us.

In such a situation, one should visit nearby eye hospital without delay.Unless we get a picture of the lesion, assumptive treatment is not advisable.
Till then antibiotic eye drops may be started and sos paracetamol.
