What Causes Big Bruise On Hand Along Knuckles?

I am a typical healthy young female. 40 yrs old. I work out about 4x week. Normal cardio and weights. My cholesterol is excellent. I woke up the other day with a big bruise on my left hand along my knuckles. No pain, no swelling, just a big internal discoloration along my knuckles. What could have caused this?

Hi .
As per your case history you may be having an insect bite rash.
My treatment advice is -
1. Apply a mild antibiotic cream like fusiderm cream twice daily on affected skin.
2. Apply ice to prevent inflammation on that part.
3. Other treatment options are oral antibiotics, oral Nsaids taken only after consulting a dermatologist.
