Hello,

After reading your query I suggest you to meet a doctor at the earliest possible. As there is big red blotch and there is a big hard as a rock knot under her skin so it is quite possible that she might have got infection in the area.

In my patients I treat it with antibiotics and pain killers. I suggest you to not delay the things and meet a doctor.

For the interim of the help you can give her a pain killer tablet containing paracetamol or Ibuprofen or diclofenac.

All the best.
