What Causes Big, Red, Swollen, Itchy, Painful Patch On Arms That Is Hot To Touch?

Hi. I have a big patch on my arm that is red, swollen, really hot to the touch, itchy, hard and painful. I don't see a bite mark either. I felt something yesterday out in the barn but it started to form last night. I have put ice on it but it seems to get worse. I don't know what it is. Any idea on what I should do?

it may be cellulitis
start antibiotic like amoxycellin and analgesics like paracetamol for 5 days
if there is itching then take antihistamine
